TVS Venu Group and Shruti Lohia to acquire stakes in Jana Small Finance Bank

TVS Venu Group will acquire up to 9.9% stake in Jana Small Finance Bank on a fully diluted basis, combining primary issuance and secondary share purchases. An investment entity linked to Shruti Lohia will also take a minority stake in the lender.

Both proposed transactions remain subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, meaning final completion is not yet assured.

Jana Small Finance Bank operates across retail and MSME banking segments with a nationwide presence spanning multiple states. The bank's dual-segment focus positions it to serve small business and consumer lending needs across India's credit market.
