Jammu & Kashmir Bank reported a landmark annual net profit of ₹2,363 crore for FY26, marking its strongest financial performance on record. The result reflects a confluence of improved operational metrics and stronger credit fundamentals across the bank's loan portfolio.
Asset quality improvement was a key driver of the performance. The bank saw better recoveries during the year and a meaningful reduction in bad loans, both critical indicators of lending discipline and borrower health in its customer base.
