IndusInd Bank is facing scrutiny after recovery agents allegedly assaulted a borrower over outstanding credit card dues. The incident escalated into a police case, with authorities now investigating the bank's recovery practices and summoning officials for questioning.

According to reports, the altercation resulted in two separate cases being registered. The first targets the recovery agents for the alleged assault, while the second names the borrower for allegedly injuring the agents during the confrontation.
