Aadhar Housing Finance has laid out a three-year roadmap anchored on aggressive scaling of its loan portfolio. Starting from ₹30,571 crore in AUM at FY26 close, the company aims to cross ₹50,000 crore by FY29—a nearly ₹20,000 crore expansion.

To reach this milestone, management is modeling a steady annual loan growth rate of 18% to 20% over the next three years. This pace reflects confidence in housing credit demand and the company's ability to deploy capital at scale.

Net profit growth is projected to keep pace, targeting a 20% to 22% annual increase. This suggests management expects profitability to improve alongside top-line expansion, rather than margin compression from competitive intensity.

The growth strategy is narrowly focused: the affordable housing segment will drive all expansion. Operationally, the company is executing a branch expansion strategy to penetrate tier-3, tier-4, and tier-5 cities, where housing finance penetration remains relatively low.

Adding ₹20,000 crore to a loan book in 36 months demands rigorous underwriting discipline, robust origination infrastructure, and execution consistency across smaller cities. Progress against quarterly targets will indicate whether the company can sustain this pace without asset quality slippage.
