Arora’s appointment underscores the growing footprint of Indian-trained banking leaders across Asia-Pacific’s top financial corridors:
- Academic Foundation: Arora is an alumnus of the K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management (SIMSR), Mumbai (1993–1995 batch) and later completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Organisation and Leadership for Social Change from the Singapore University of Social Sciences in 2023.
- Three Decades at Deutsche Bank: Joining Deutsche Bank as a management graduate in 1996, Arora has spent 30 years with the German lender across Asia and the Middle East, building deep expertise in institutional client coverage, trade finance, cash management, and transaction banking.
