SBI Card has initiated an automatic migration of all existing Credit Card Protection Plan (CPP) customers to updated plan variants effective immediately. The shift requires no action from cardholders unless they choose to opt out or modify their coverage.

Customers are being notified of the change across multiple channels: SMS, email, and CPP partner platforms. SBI Card is advising all affected cardholders to review updated policy documents to understand new benefits, exclusions, and clarifications.

The new plan variants include enhanced fraud protection, emergency card blocking capabilities, and expanded insurance covers. The migration aligns SBI Card's product suite with current regulatory standards while broadening protection for millions of active cardholders.
