    • Built Avendus Wealth Management from its early stages into a multi-billion-dollar private wealth powerhouse.
    • Deep institutional expertise across private credit structuring, promoter equity financing, and global family office governance.
  • Mandate at InCred Black: Designing an unbundled, open-architecture advisory model that moves beyond traditional distributor commissions to deliver bespoke, direct-access capital market solutions for India's top 1% wealth creators.

Platform Scope & Capabilities of InCred Black

InCred Black has been structured to address the complex balance-sheet requirements of modern promoters and tech entrepreneurs:

  • Private Markets & Venture Allocations: Direct participation in pre-IPO placements, secondary block transactions, and curated late-stage private equity rounds.

Strategic Synergies Across the InCred Ecosystem

The creation of InCred Black leverages the broader balance sheet and deal origination capabilities of the InCred Group:

  • Integrated Deal Flow: Connecting UHNI capital directly to InCred Capital’s institutional investment banking, equity capital markets (ECM), and M&A advisory pipelines.
