BUSINESSNEXT has raised $40 million in a funding round led by ServiceNow Ventures, valuing the company at $700 million.

BUSINESSNEXT builds deep customer relationship management (CRM) and digital lending software for top-tier banks across India and emerging markets. ServiceNow dominates enterprise workflow automation globally.

The two companies plan to integrate BUSINESSNEXT's banking workflows into ServiceNow's Financial Services Operations (FSO) platform, aiming to create a unified autonomous operating system for global banks.

The fresh capital will fund two initiatives: scaling Agentic AI to move beyond chatbots toward AI systems that autonomously process banking workflows, fraud checks, and loan approvals; and deploying Private AI architectures built for strict banking data privacy and compliance requirements.
